Rainier Retreat sits inside the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) — a few simple rules keep it enjoyable for guests and neighbors alike.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise indoors during quiet hours; excessive noise is never permitted.

Parking

Designated areas or approved overflow only — tires off the road, hydrants and driveways clear. No buses, campers, or RVs.

Fire Pit & Grills

No unattended fires. Fire pit use is off-limits during quiet hours and may be restricted in high fire-risk conditions.

Alcohol

No open containers on roads or in common areas.

Smoking & Vaping

Strictly prohibited anywhere inside or on the property grounds, including all decks — subject to a $500 fee.

Pets

Not permitted at this property.

Age Requirement

The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

Trash

Due to active local wildlife, trash must never be left outdoors — dispose of it at the MPOA community dumpsters on Peak Dr.
